Paul O’Sullivan began his career in real estate in 1978. Prior to entering real estate, Paul farmed a large mixed unit of dairy and sheep and beef in the Central North Island. In his first five years, Paul specialised in farm sales, then he moved to commercial sales in Auckland, Perth (WA) and Wellington before returning to the South Waikato in 1990 to specialise in prime rural and agri-business marketing. Over time Paul has negotiated sales in excess of $850 million worth of properties which include dairy, sheep and cattle forestry, waterfront and agri-science projects. Holder of several national and provincial sales awards, Paul is consistently rated in the top 3% of real estate performers in New Zealand. Paul’s success is attributed to experience and connection to farmers and their aspiration.
